Code of conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, managers and owners within the Ulf Jönsson i Helsingborg AB Group with its three subsidiaries; Börje Jönsson Åkeri AB, Ulf Jönsson Åkeri AB and Stay Fresh Sweden AB and must always be respected and followed.

Together with our customers and business partners, we will develop and fulfill needs-based long-term, sustainable and qualitative solutions that contribute to sustainable social development. We work actively with environmental and climate measures and want to be at the forefront of technical solutions, both when it comes to vehicles and fuel, that can help reduce our environmental impact.

Business ethics

  • We aim to maintain good business relations with local, national and international players on market terms.
  • We establish and file written agreements with contractors, operators and customers, and follow and respect the contracts and agreements concluded.
  • We work against all forms of corruption, extortion, money laundering, anti-competitive practices and the acceptance of bribes.

Social conditions

  • We take responsibility for the impact of the company’s decisions and activities on the surrounding community and environment and act transparently and ethically.
  • We engage in activities aimed at optimizing the company's return on investment, taking into account economic, social and environmental requirements.
  • We reject all forms of victimization and harassment and respect all people regardless of gender, transgender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, political opinion or age. Everyone within the company should be respected and feel welcome.
  • We respect and support recognized international human rights, including not accepting forced or child labour.
  • We respect employees’ right to organize in trade unions and their right to collective bargaining.

Environment and climate

  • We take initiatives to promote environmental responsibility in society and within the company.
  • We encourage and embrace the development and diffusion of greener technologies by being at the forefront of, for example, the use of renewable fuels and the adoption of new technological solutions that are better for the environment.
  • We will always support the precautionary principle regarding environmental risks and our impact on the environment and climate.

Personnel

  • We work towards a good and safe working environment that promotes health and equality for employees, partners and contractors.
  • Our employees receive wages and benefits in accordance with applicable agreements and laws. The industry’s collective agreements form the basis for agreements between employees and employers.
  • We strive to recruit employees with a high level of competence. We carry out continuous improvement work and provide ongoing skills development for our employees.
  • We will contribute to the elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.
  • We aim to be an alcohol and drug-free workplace where no one is exposed to accidents or ill health due to alcohol or drugs. Our clear position is set out in our Policy - Alcohol and Drugs.
  • We should always behave professionally in our dealings with authorities, contractors, stakeholders, customers and their employees.

  • As professionals, our ambition is to set an example on the road, comply with current legislation and carry out transport with the highest traffic standards. More about what this implies can be read in our Road Safety Policy.

  • We work towards a high level of IT security together with our IT provider and respect the privacy of our employees, customers and business partners. More about what this implies can be read in our IT policy and our Privacy policy.

  • We comply with current legislation in the areas that affect our activities.
