Road safety policy

Our ambition, based on management responsibility, is to set an example as professionals in traffic and carry out transport with the highest road safety standards.

This means, among other things, that employees and management within the company:

• Always wear a seat belt.
• Keep an appropriate distance from the person in front.
• Respect and obey speed limits.
• Respect driving and resting time rules.
• Take into account the road conditions and traffic situation when planning a trip.
• Secure goods in a responsible manner and respects applicable weight regulations.
• Remain alcohol- and drug-free while performing transportation duties, including strict avoidance the day before and during rest periods related to transport assignments.
• Use trucks equipped with alcohol interlocks whenever possible.
• Keep vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition by adhering to regular maintenance and inspections.
• Refuse assignments that would require violating this policy or its principles.
