Any information that can be directly or indirectly traced back to a physical living person falls under the concept of personal data. A description of someone’s appearance or behavior that allows that person to be identified is also personal data.

Some examples of personal data:

  • Name
  • Addresses

  • Personal identification number
  • E-mail address
  • Personal descriptions

  • Title, department and company

Your rights

You can contact us to request, correct or delete your personal data. In some cases, we have to keep data, for example because of the Accounting Act or the Driving and Rest Periods Regulation.

This is what we save at our first contact

When we first contact each other, we may record your name, telephone number and e-mail address. When you call us, your phone number is automatically saved in the phone you call. When you write to us, your email is saved in our email system and when you leave information in our contact form on the website, this will be saved.

If it is not already clear from the first contact, we will ask your name so that we know who is communicating with us. In cases where we meet in person, we will keep the data you give us consent to keep, for example by giving us your business card. The same applies if you send us physical mail.

When you visit our website, we save anonymized data about your IP number, location data, the device and browser you use, when the visit took place and the pages you visited.

This is what we save if we do business with each other

If we start a business relationship of any kind, whether it is a customer-supplier relationship or a mutual cooperation, we will need to keep some more data about you.

What we can save is;

  • your title, department and company
  • delivery addresses and services you buy
  • records of goods or transport

If it is relevant to our cooperation, we will also store images and videos.
